​A mentoring relationship is built on trust, knowledge, experience, and goodwill. The MP Initiative mentorship program focuses on the development of the mentee rather that just handing down advice or knowledge. The mentee will build their ability to navigate new waters with the help of Meredith.  She will always have the mentee's best interests in mind and tailor her mentorship style to meet their needs.  As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another. Proverbs 27:17

Consulting is the process of helping clients solve their most pressing business problems or issues. Consultants are enablers. Meredith will work to identify a new, positive way forward for her clients. She will offer advice and expertise to help you improve your business performance. The consulting will be temporary or contract basis until a particular need has been met.
